PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the individual entrepreneur "KAZAKHSTAN
TRAVEL AGENCY" (hereinafter — the Operator) may obtain about the User while they use
the company's website. This document has been developed in accordance with the Law of
the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection."
1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
1.1. When arranging an individual tour, making a booking, or filling out forms on the Website,
the User provides the following personal data:
Full name (first and last name);
Contact phone number (including messenger apps);
Email address;
Passport details (series, number, citizenship, expiration date) — strictly for the purpose of
processing travel insurance, border permits/passes, and booking accommodation along the
jeep tour route.
2. PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
2.1. The User's personal data is used for:
Identifying the Client and preparing an individual program of tourist services.
Communicating with the User (coordination, sending tour programs, and providing
operational updates during the trip).
Generating and sending secure individual links (invoices) for prepayment via the TipTop Pay
payment system.
3. PAYMENT AND BANK CARD SECURITY
3.1. The Operator (Website) does NOT collect, process, or store User bank card details.
3.2. The entry of payment details (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, CVV)
takes place on the secure payment page of the TipTop Pay processing center. Transaction
security is ensured by TLS encryption and the international PCI DSS security standard.
4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. The Operator transfers personal data to third parties (guesthouses, hotels, recreation
centers, insurance companies, as well as border services and national park administrations
of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republic of Uzbekistan) solely
to the extent necessary for the organization and safe execution of the booked individual jeep
tour.
4.2. Transfer of data to state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out only on
the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. USER CONSENT
5.1. By agreeing to the proposed route and making a prepayment via the Operator's
individual link, the User gives their unconditional consent to the Operator for the collection,
processing, cross-border transfer (for trips to Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan), and storage of
their personal data within the scope of the purposes specified in this Policy.
